Stronglifts Bench

Stronglifts bench. Bench press with free weights on stronglifts 5 5. 3 full body compound exercises exercises 3x week 45 mins per workout. I ve often heard that squatting 1 5 times your bodyweight is a good milestone to aim for and that more or less coincides with the strength goals that the stronglifts creator suggests so i adopted those goals as my own.
This is not enough on stronglifts 5 5. With the stronglifts 5 5 workout you perform just five compound exercises each week. So if the bench has a capacity of 300lb and you weigh 200lb that means it can only handle 100lb.
