Use a meditation bench or stool to avoid discomfort if sitting for more than a few minutes.
Do what works for you place the bench on the work table with the bottom side facing up. Lean forward and place the meditation bench on your bottom and hold it in position as you sit down. Set a timer for how long you want the meditation to be.
