Bench Press 135
You might be pushing the 135 225 or 315 pound barrier.
Bench press 135. I was just wondering what my estimated one time bench was i could do 135 lbs. 14 times could you bench 225 lbs. A bigger bench press chest using only 135 pounds really no i am not insane this program really works.

On the bench for 14 reps i am a beginner. Finally hit 135 on my bench press and it feels amazing. It was only a 1 rm but i struggled to do 65 7 months ago.
And 4 years ago i could barely do the bar. If you did 5x5 at 135 struggling or no you have already gotten past a 135 pound bench.
